About photo shoot service / 

Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Guest Limit
    Solo sessions are for one person only.                                                                                                  Group sessions allow up to 3 people in frame. Additional guests or pets must be requested in advance — extra charges may apply.
  2. Deposit
    A 500 NTD deposit, or 20% of the total session fee, is required to confirm your booking.
  3. Booking Confirmation
    Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.         If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
  4. Service Area
    Sessions are based in Taipei, accessible by MRT. Travel outside Taipei city limits is available with an additional transportation fee.
  5. Overtime & Add-ons
    Any additions during the session (e.g. extra locations) will be charged as add-ons and must be paid on-site.
  6. Meeting Point
    We meet at the agreed location. Transportation between locations during the session is included at no extra cost. If the client has their own vehicle, the photographer will travel together.
  7. Schedule Changes
    The shooting time is confirmed the day before. No time changes are accepted within 3 hours of the session start. The session begins at the previously agreed time regardless of last-minute changes.
  8. Photo Delivery
    Edited photos will be delivered via cloud storage within 72 hours after the session.                  The number of delivered photos will meet or exceed the package amount.
  9. Retouched Photos
    If your package includes retouched photos, please indicate the photo numbers you’d like retouched in the shared folder. Retouched files will be delivered within 5 days, with one round of revision included.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session (Taipei Time) are eligible for a full deposit refund to your credit card.
  2. Client No-Show If the client does not arrive at the agreed location and cannot be reached, the deposit is non-refundable.
  3. Photographer Delay If the photographer is unable to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the client may request a full deposit refund if they are unable to accept a time adjustment.
  4. Schedule Changes on Session Day The shooting time will be confirmed one day before the session. Same-day rescheduling requests are accepted only if made at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. The session will begin at the originally agreed time regardless of any last-minute changes or delays.

About photo shoot service / 拍攝服務說明：

  1. 人數限制：單人拍攝方案-入鏡為同一人，小團體方案-入鏡最多3人，如超過人數或攜帶寵物入鏡請提前告知，將酌收多人費用。
  2. 訂金交付：拍攝方案總金額的20%。
  3. 確認訂單：訂金交付完成且收到確認信件即代表訂單成立，如24小時內未收到訂單確認資訊請來信。
  4. 服務區域：以台北地區、捷運沿線可達處為主，如欲至台北市以外地區，需額外支付車馬費。
  5. 拍攝超時：如果臨時決定添加拍攝內容(例如：新增地點)，會以加購方案計費且需現場支付拍攝費用。
  6. 約定拍攝時間及地點：自行前往約定景點，現場進行拍攝，拍攝中途若有轉換地點，不另外計算攝影師交通費；若旅客自備交通工具，則與客人同行。
  7. 拍攝當日即以前一天約定好的拍攝時間碰面拍攝，如遇突發狀況，拍攝前3小時內不能再更改時間，以前一天約定好的時間，開始計算拍攝時間
  8. 成品交付：拍攝完成後於72小時內雲端交付調色照片電子檔(提供張數不低於方案內容)。
  9. 精修圖：若方案包括精修圖，請於雲端照片指定精修的修圖編號，並於五天內雲端交付精修圖電子檔，並提供二修一次。

  1. Booking Cancel / 取消政策
    最晚可於活動日期前24小時（台北時間）取消訂單並獲得訂金全額退款，退款將扣除交易手續費15元台幣後，退至客戶指定銀行帳戶。
  2. 拍攝缺席：如果於約定之時間地點，客戶未抵達拍攝現場且無法取得聯繫，訂金不退。
  3. 攝影師缺席：如果於約定之時間地點，攝影師因故無法於拍攝預定時間15分鐘內抵達拍攝現場，客戶如無法接受時間變更，可提出訂金全額退費。
  4. 外力影響拍攝：拍攝當天遇不可抗力如天氣不佳、交通、人為因素導致無法完成拍攝等，可改期，或更改地點為室內拍攝，恕不退費
  5. 拍攝當日即以前一天約定好的拍攝時間碰面拍攝，如遇突發狀況，拍攝前3小時內不能再更改時間，以前一天約定好的時間，開始計算拍攝時間
